What we can & can’t print

Please read this before uploading your artwork

At Club 23 we love bringing your own ideas to life — your photos, your drawings, your words and your original designs. To keep things fair and lawful for everyone, there are a few things we are not able to print. Please take a moment to read this before you upload.

We’re happy to print

• Artwork, photos and designs that you created yourself.
• Designs you own the rights to, or have clear permission to use.
• Your own text, names, quotes, logos and personal images.

We can’t print copyrighted or trademarked material

We do not print brands, logos or characters that belong to someone else without proper authorisation. Reproducing them without permission is against the law — it is copyright and trademark infringement — and we won’t put our customers or our brand at that risk. This includes, for example:

• Registered brand names, logos and slogans that belong to another company.
• Football and other sports club badges, team kits, and league or tournament crests.
• Cartoon, movie, TV and video-game characters.
• Band, artist and celebrity logos, photographs or signatures used without permission.
• Any other artwork protected by copyright, trademark or other rights that isn’t yours to use.

Content we won’t print

We also reserve the right to decline any design that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.

Your responsibility

When you upload a design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. If we are unsure that a design is cleared to print, we may contact you or politely decline the order — and we’ll always do our best to help you reach a design we can make for you.
