Welcome to Club 23. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website wearclub23.com and your purchases from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About us

Club 23 is a Sri Lanka–based clothing brand selling printed and custom-designed T-shirts. Contact: [email protected] · +94 717 523 723 (phone / WhatsApp).

Accounts

• You can create a member account, including by using Sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email/Google account secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information (name, contact number, delivery address) so we can fulfil your orders.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

Products & pricing

• All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
• We try to display products, colours and sizes accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly between screens and the printed garment.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to change or discontinue products at any time.
• Stock is limited; an item in your cart is not reserved until your order is confirmed.

Orders & payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders before production and delivery, and may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or the delivery area is not serviceable).
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Delivery

We deliver across Sri Lanka through our courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If delivery repeatedly fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to accept it, the order may be cancelled.

Custom orders & the Custom Lab

• When you upload artwork or a design (including in the Custom Lab), you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• You must not submit artwork that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We may refuse to print any design at our discretion.
• Custom / made-to-order items are produced specifically for you. Because they are personalised, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect (see below).
• You grant us permission to use your artwork solely to produce and deliver your order.

Returns, exchanges & defects

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
• For sizing, please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Personalised/custom items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Intellectual property

The Club 23 name, logo, website content and our original designs are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission. The website source is provided for viewing your own shopping experience only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorised way, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Club 23 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the site and any orders you place.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
