Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in to the Club 23 Member's Corner, we collect your name, email address and profile photo. If you use Sign in with Google, we receive these basic profile details from Google (your name, email address, and profile picture) so we can create and manage your account. We only ever request your basic profile and email — never your Google password, contacts, or any other Google data.
• Profile details you add. Optionally, your last name, phone number, gender, delivery address and city, and an avatar image you upload.
• Order information. The products, sizes, colours and custom designs you order, the delivery address and contact number you provide, and your order history.
• Custom design uploads. Artwork and images you upload in the Custom Lab to have printed on your order.
• Favourites & activity. The designs you save as favourites, and basic technical information such as your device/browser type collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your Club 23 account and keep you signed in.
• To process, produce, pack and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To produce the custom items you request from the artwork you provide.
• To provide member features such as saved favourites and order tracking.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To protect the website against fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

Sign in with Google

When you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us so we can identify you and set up your account. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to run our business:

• With delivery/courier partners, to ship your order to you.
• With print/production partners, to produce the items you ordered.
• With service providers who help us operate the website and send account emails (for example, our email provider).
• Where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety and property.

Cookies

Our store is intended for customers who can legally make a purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
